Oh dear..Kim K's good intentions backfires..

If pregnant reality star Kim Kardashian had any good intentions for her long post on a morning-sickness relieving medication then it backfired cos her fans are not buying it. Some of them went as far as asking her how much she got paid for the ''advert''. 

I guess her rather long caption about the medication gave her fans the clue that it wasn't a regular post :).
