Marc Anthony and Wife Shannon De Lima Separate After Two Years of Marriage

It’s over for Marc Anthony and his wife Shannon De Lima.
The couple — who wed in 2014 in the Dominican Republic — are separating after two years of marriage, according to E!. A rep for Anthony could not immediately be reached for comment.
The singer attended the Latin GRAMMYs solo Thursday night, where he performed a duet of the classic 1984 Spanish hit “Olvidame y Pega la Vuelta” with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez. After some goading from the audience, the former flames even shared a quick kiss onstage.”She’s like my sister,” he cracked afterwards.

Lopez presented the Latin Recording Academy’s Person of the Year award to Anthony, telling the crowd he would “always be many things in my life — a mentor, a soulmate, a father. He is not only a Person of the Year, he is a living legend.”Anthony dedicated the honor to his children and did not thank De Lima. “You have sacrificed — more than anyone — to see Daddy standing here after 30 years,” he said on stage. “You guys are living this moment with me. Alex, Arianna, Christina, Ryan, Max and Emme — I am yours.”
This isn’t the first time Anthony and De Lima have called it quits. In early 2013, the duo briefly split after a year together before publicly reuniting in his music video in fall of 2014.
In August, the singer and the model attended Lopez’ Las Vegas show and posed for a photo backstage with Lopez and her then-boyfriend Casper Smart.
