Khloe Kardashian has spoken out against the recent comments harassing her and alleging that her father is not famed lawyer Robert Kardashian Sr, but rather family friend OJ Simpson. 

On Thursday, the former NFL star, 70, was granted parole after serving almost nine years behind bars for an armed robbery in Las Vegas. 

In light of the news, Khloe's most recent Instagram pictures were swamped with comments about her 'dad' being released from prison.

Khloe reacted by saying: 'People are a**holes but I don't care lol I focus on the good.'

Further fueling the controversy was that Robert served on OJ legal team during his infamous 1995 murder trial for the killings of his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman 

Last October, even Khloe, 33, got in on the fun after she posted a picture of herself with the dog Snapchat filter on Instagram.

One user commented: 'I don't know why but you look white in this picture.'

She cattily replied: 'I don't know... Some days I'm OJs daughter. Others I'm Robert's daughter.'
