“We will jump for Balotelli if City reduce the transfer fee” – Galliani

AC Milan’s vice-president, Adriano Galliani, has insisted that Mario Balotelli will only move to the club, if Manchester City drops the asking price for the eccentric forward.
After consistently denying that they were not interested in Balotelli, the club is finally gone public in their pursuit of the former Inter Milan prodigy.
However, Galliani says City are asking for too much for the 22-year-old and they will only enter negotiations, if they drop the price considerably.
“At the end of Friday, Manchester City still said €37 million [as a fee for Balotelli]. We will see on Monday but, under these conditions, he will remain at Manchester City,” Galliani told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“They are his legitimate employers, so we wait, observe, and see what happens. How much does it have to drop? We don’t know. Paying in instalments is an option, but you still have to pay.”
