From the New Your Fashion Week: Nails were given a distressed look at Tess Giberson. manicurist Jin Soon Choi applied one coat ofJINsoon Obsidian, but then immediately wiped it away with a make-up sponge, leaving only a bit of streaking around the cuticle. To counter-balance the look, make-up was a lot more polished. Make-up artist Dick Page rimmed eyes inShiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Color in Nightfall.
