A dead man who is still alive...funny

A US man declared "legally dead" over 20 years ago cannot overturn the ruling, despite being alive and well.
Donald Miller from Ohio disappeared in 1986, leaving behind a wife, two children and a large amount of debt.
He was declared legally dead eight years later, but returned to public life in 2005 when he attempted to apply for a driving licence.
Now a judge in Hancock County has said that Mr Miller must remain legally dead, as Ohio state law forbids such rulings to be overturned after a period of three years.
"I don't know where that leaves you, but you're still deceased as far as the law is concerned," Judge Allan Davis concluded, saying that it was a "strange, strange situation".
But there is one positive outcome for the Miller family.
When Mr Miller was declared dead, his "widow" was entitled to social security death benefits to support their children.
And as Mr Miller remains legally "deceased", Ms Miller does not have to return any of that money to the government.

Na waaoo...which kind law be dis? What do you think?
