Ladies do this before you sleep tonight.

Not quite sleeping beauty: In a recent survey, a third of women questioned said they sleep with their slap on at least twice a week
What sleeping in make-up does to your skin. This is a Save Your Face Campaign(SAYFAC).Read and be wise...:-)

In a recent survey, a third of women questioned confessed to sleeping with their slap on at least twice a week.
Yet those very same women did so despite believing that skipping their skincare routine before bedtime would give them spots, dry their skin and make their eyelashes brittle.
So for a month, one woman decided to test that theory by applying make-up as normal and never taking it off.

So for a month, one woman decided to test that theory by applying make-up as normal and never taking it off.The result? Experts said Anna's skin aged by ten years as a result of not removing her make-up for an entire month, leaving her face red and parched.
She allowed herself a "cursory wash in the shower every morning," but no cleansing products and nothing before bed. The photos speak for themselves.See the before and after photos below:
 BeforeAfter
Not all of that damage is permanent, though some research suggests this may age one's faces by more than two days for every night that it happens.
There have been days in a row when you are  too drained or caught up with family and other obligations that made you skip your per-bedtime rituals.
Anna's case may be extreme but she still made a valid point: having your make-up on while sleeping  does damage to the skin.Piling and slapping on all that make-up can do more harm than good if you don't take care of your skin afterwards
Ladies don't ever be too tired or lazy to take off your war paint so you can  save your skin and keep your youthful glow*wink

The Boko Haram terrorist network blamed for the killings of hundreds said last week it is planning "big attacks."
Last week soldiers raided a bomb-making factory in Kano, Nigeria's biggest northern city, where terrorists were building bombs in backpacks.
Police chief Mohammed Abubakar said in a statement published Monday that extra officers are being deployed around malls, bus stations, churches and mosques.
Thousands of troops already are deployed to put down an Islamic uprising in the northeast of Nigeria.
