Miley Cyrus Attends Party Topless


Miley Cyrus parties topless in New York.

Miley  attended an Alexander Wang after party for New York Fashion Week yesterday with some friends braless with ice cream pasties covering her nipples. She also wore Cannabis earrings and her glasses were made out of pills.
