Jason Derulo is celebrating his independence by buying himself his very own castle.
The 25-year-old may have to do more than Talk Dirty to ladies to get them back to his $3 million man cave as it is fare from female friendly.
Trulia reports the star just purchased the home in Tarzana - just outside of Los Angeles, California - is a replicate castle inside a gated compound.
Clearly the singer is not a fan of modern minimalism with the massive property featuring a five bedroom, five bathroom main house and an attached two bedroom, one bathroom guest unit as well as a second four bedroom guest house all of which is castle themed inside and out.
Sitting on almost an acre of gated land, the Talk Dirty singer's house features stone covered walls all around, stain glass windows and even a castle turret as its entrance way.
But it is not just the exterior that has been done in a mock-Tudor look, from the moment visitors step inside the marble and stone front entrance Jason's is far from an ordinary home.
Those stepping into the threshold are immediately wowed by soaring 20-foot ceilings and a grand staircase.
Inside the home there are plenty of castle features including a stone staircase with a heavy chain for a railing while the stone also features around some the home's fireplaces.
The home's master suit has a fireplace as its main focal point and currently sports a four post bed complete with columns.
But this house was clearly not built in a day or even during the same decades, as in other areas stone gives way to marble.
Mabel is certainly the finish of choice in the formal dining room - which also has a rather gaudy chandelier.
The kitchen also is covered in both marble and granite tiles that may, like most of the house, need some renovating.
Jason can currently do the time warp in the property's game room which has marbled floor, a chandelier over a pool table, and a bar.
On the upside, there are a few fun things that the singer can keep including a gym that boasts a sauna and tanning room and, of course, he also gets two and a half homes for the price of one.
Outdoors the house further redeems itself with a lovely spacious landscaped yard and a sports court so Jason can shoot a few hoops.
And, the home also features a 75-foot pool as what is a castle without a moat?
The pool - which is perfect for laps - has a stone bridge to a large pergola and a hot tub.
While a castle is not on everyone's wish lists, Jason was certainly proud as punch about his new purchase.
The 25-year-old pop star posted a picture of himself and the home's realtor Desiree Zuckerman of Rodeo Realty on Instagram.
The star said he was feeling blessed: 'I bought myself a castle 2day!! No big deal! A big thank u 2 the best realtor this industry has 2 offer @dzhomes #wewerestandingonsuitcasestotakethispic lol #crazylife #blessed #futurehistory.'
Someone else who might be glad he has his own place is ex Jordin Sparks.
The pair split after three years together in September and the American Idol singer is still far from impressed.
Jordin hit back at her former beau in a remix she did of Drake's song How About Now.
Referring to Jason's 2012 neck injury, the 24-year-old mad her feelings clear singing: 'Remember I deleted all my other guys' numbers out my phone for ya?
'Remember when you broke your neck and I had to wash your back for ya? You probably don't remember half of the s**t that I did for ya.'
