The 'perfect' diamond goes up for auction: flawless, 100-carat, emerald cut for $25 Million

According to Drake, there’s car money and fresh start money. Then there’s Saudi money and art money.
Then there’s being able to effortlessly buy this $25 million emerald-cut diamond at Sotheby’s Magnificent Jewels auction! This particular diamond, called the “Ultimate Emerald-Cut Diamond,” weighs in at a stunning 100 carats and is fit for royalty.

According to Daily Mail, this stone originally weighed more than 200 carats but was since cut into a flawless, 100-carat emerald shape by De Beers in South Africa. This precious gemstone will be one of five 100-carat diamonds ever auctioned off at a Sotheby’s sale.
I mean, let’s be real here. It’s not every day you find someone willing to fork over $25 million for a rock.
