A 25-year-old Michigan woman was charged with homicide after giving birth to a son in a bathroom stall at work and sealing him in a plastic bag, officials said during a court appearance on Friday.
After cutting the umbilical cord with cuticle scissors, Kimberly Pappas returned to her desk and hid her baby in a drawer, a detective told a reporter at the Detroit Free Press.
After co-workers discovered blood in the bathroom, according to reports, they called 911. Pappas told officials she had a miscarriage, but an autopsy indicated the baby's death was a homicide.
Her defense attorney told the newspaper that Pappas was in therapy being treated for mental-health issues. The court has ordered her to have a competency evaluation.
She is currently being held in jail without bond.

Delete@i don't think she is crazy cos it was purely premeditated. Next she will claim insanity but the court ain't gonna buy that if not they would v granted her bail.
