Malia Obama, first daughter of Barack Obama, President of the United States of America seems to have caused quite a stir on the internet last night.
The 17-year-old who is preparing to go to university was touring schools and on her visit to Brown University she was allegedly seen playing beer pong; a drinking game that involves players attempting to throw balls into cups of beer and drink the contents of any cup in which a ball lands.
The photo of Malia standing beside the beer pong table, and not actually participating, was leaked off someone’s SnapChat feed on to the internet and this caused an unnecessary stir.
She stayed with a friend in a dorm room, and even though there were Secret Service all over the place, she still managed to party.
 Malia did normal college things like eat at the dining hall and get a burrito bowl from Chipotle, but she was also spotted playing beer pong with the other Ivy League students during a dorm party.
So, naturally, a partygoer Snapchatted the moment:

The 17-year-old was criticized for reportedly playing beer pong and now her fans are defending her for her actions. She’s “just like the rest of us,” some are saying in Malia’s defenseand some others think it’s double standards to defend Malia and criticise the Bush girls.
