Ex Super Eagles captain,Kanu Nwankwo has been sued for N1 billion by a former business partner, Mr Ayoola Gam-Ikon.
Kanu and Mr Gam-Ikon had jointly operated the Hardley suites, until Gam-Ikon was arrested and charged to court in 2013 for defrauding the business to the tone of N1.4 billion.
Gam-Ikon, who was later discharged and cleared of all charges on the 30th of July, 2015, has filed a lawsuit against the 39-year-old ex international, claiming damages for malicious prosecution.
