We Have a New Pope!''Habemus Papem''The Holy Smoke pours out!

Its quite a historic moment.A white smoke finally pours out of the chimney,with the bells ringing out  fast in the background.

The new pope will go to the sistine chapel in the Room of Tears for prayers before appearing in the traditional white robe signifying the papal office.He has to greet each of the 116 Cardinals who will line up and take a vow of obedience, before appearing on the famous balcony and greet the cheering crowd.
His appearance will be heralded by a Latin announcement which begins with the phrase "Habemus Papam!" meaning, "We have a pope!"

This is the first time in the history of the church where there are ''two'' living popes.

The new pontiff is yet to make his debut,the excitement of the crowd in St Peter's Square is incredible and electrifyingThe square is packed to the gills.Definitely nerve racking :-) The whole world is watching the Vatican balcony, including me o!I guess the world is standing still :-)
