Why do Nigerians do this?


Never take off  the disposbale plastic seat covers in a brand new car? I drove past a motorist and caught  this on camera, a brand new Toyoto with the disposable plastic covers still on the seats :) Most people are guilty of this...Why?

    Case of oppresed now turned oppressors.Those who feel they've been oppressed by the rich also want to oppress others when they make money.
